We offer International Shipping with either Royal Mail or DHL Worldwide Express depending on location. Prices will be added at checkout.
Please note all import duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient. Import VAT will be charged at your local rate as requested by customs authorities. UK VAT will be removed from your order at checkout and will not be charged.

Due to the Brexit transition period, please note that your order may be subject to extra charges and delays at customs. As the recipient and importer of these goods, any customers outside of the UK will be responsible for any additional charges.
A list of contents will be enclosed on the outside of your order for customs purposes, in order to make processing as efficient as possible.

Duties and taxes
We ship all orders from the UK. All import duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately we have no control over customs charges as customs policies vary by country. Check your local customs office if you are unsure as to what duties fees you may incur.
By law we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international customs duties.
If you refuse a shipment from Untold Story or refuse to cover any duties or taxes, you are responsible for any import fees that are incurred along with the original shipping costs and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If the return fee exceeds the value of the order plus shipping costs, we will abandon the package and no refund will be made.
