We use either Royal Mail, Evri Delivery, Yodel (free) or DPD 1-2 Day Delivery service (£6). You can select your preferred option at check out.
*Please be aware that orders consisting solely of stockings will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post.
International Delivery
We ship internationally!
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
No surprise fees on delivery. Any applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so you’ll know the full cost of your order before you pay.
UK VAT is not charged on international orders.
All international orders are shipped from the UK with the required customs documentation to help ensure your order clears customs as smoothly as possible. Please note that occasional customs delays can occur and are outside of our control.
If we encounter any issues with your shipment, we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.
Duties & Taxes
All Untold Story orders are shipped from the UK. Our products are predominantly manufactured in China.
Any applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, based on your delivery destination and the items in your order. This means you can see and pay any applicable import charges when placing your order, rather than receiving an unexpected customs bill on delivery.
By law, we are required to declare the contents and value of international shipments accurately and cannot reduce the declared value to avoid customs charges.
If you refuse or fail to accept an international shipment, any costs incurred in returning the parcel to us, including carrier or customs fees, may be deducted from your refund along with the original shipping charge. If the cost of returning the shipment exceeds the refundable value of the order, the parcel may be abandoned and a refund may not be possible.
